Log In for Available Scarves and Bags (General Wholesale)

Log In for KTMO Authorized Retail Partners (ARPs)

Notes to Retailers:

1. If you are already an Authorized Retail Partner (ARP) and have your username and password, you can log in to special ARP section here. Please note that inactive login's are eventually removed, but just e*mail us if you would like to reactivate yours.


2. Make a list of the items, style numbers, and quantities (minimum 6 scarves or bags per style #) that you would like to order and e*mail us the details and your name, store, and resale license if we do not already have this on file. If what you have requested is still in stock (we do our very best to keep the website updated), we will send you an electronic invoice to pay and we will ship upon confirmed payment (credit card, debit card, electronic "checks" accepted). Orders over $600 with an active KTMO Designs Authorized Retail Partner (ARP) includes free shipping as an added benefit. We apologize but we are not able to accept wholesale orders into a zip code area where we already have an active Authorized Retail Partner. We'll be able to check this for you when we receive your order request before we process anything.


3. Some lines of our scarves and bags are only offered to our Authorized Retail Partners. You won't see them on the list above. To apply to become a KTMO Designs Authorized Retail Partner (ARP), you can download our KTMO Wholesale Account Application Form from here. It is a MS Word document. Some browsers have trouble recognizing a link to a MS Word document. In these cases, just e*mail us and we'll be happy to send it to you as an attachment.
   
   Authorized Retail Partners must have a storefront and order minimum quantities. Other requirements as well as the benefits are explained in the application form. When you request an application via e*mail, please be sure and tell us your store name and location and provide us a website address if you have one.
   
   We will consider one-up wholesale orders without becoming an Authorized Retail Partner on a case-by-case basis as long as it does not conflict with any of our existing Authorized Retail Partners or existing policies. We only sell wholesale to brick 'n mortar storefront businesses. You will still need a login to access the scarves and handbags available on a non-Authorized Retail Partner wholesale basis. With providing your name, storefront name/address, resale license, you can request a wholesale login and we'd be happy to e*mail you one. Approved Authorized Retail Partners have a different section they log into with more selection and benefits.
